We are not understanding the situation. What are the exact steps you are taking to put in an order. We need to know what/where you are clicking or what keys you are using, etc. We need the exact steps. Additionally, the one image you show with the confirmation popup shows that the symbol you are using needs a rollover. The U contract is not traded much at this time, you need to change to the Z contract for the ZN. But, that order should have shown on your chart if you selected Yes to the confirmation.
