Highlighting the POC in the profile is going to always color the bar that represents the POC as the color of the POC. There is not an option to have it colored based on the Bid/Ask coloring. But, you can have the POC line not drawn in the profile, but just get the extension line. To do this, set the Input for "Highlight Point of Control" to "No" and then set the Input for "Extend Point of Control" to the setting you want.
