When using the draw vol profile tool, when the vpoc line is drawn, it's difficult to distinguish the distribution of bid/ask vol because the line is drawn ontop of the vol profile (example attached). I've played around with the ticks per bar, and used a variety of line drawing styles/weights, and not sure if there is another setting to achieve what I'm after. Currently, I have it set to show dominant bid (orange)/ask(blue) along with the vpoc line. Say, for example, at the vpoc... the ask was the dominant volume (60% ask vol vs 40% bid vol). I'd like for the vpoc to take a color based on which was the dominant volume (white (dominant bid) vs pink (dominant ask)). Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, if this could be set to be drawn behind the vol profile, that might solve the problem too. however, that would only work for the scenarios when the vpoc is within the current chart view. |
