Q1. Do not use the option for drawing developing lines. As you can see, this does not work properly when overlaying to a TPO chart. Q2. You would need to use a separate chart to get what you want and overlay it. R1. This is not a bug, it is specifically coded in this way for a reason (we do not know why exactly, that was before our time). This would be a Feature Request.
