For the Chart Header there is an item named "Data Delay". Add this to the Chart Header and make sure it is in a position that you will be able to view it. Once that is on the chart, then tell us what it shows (the item is prefixed with "DD:". This gives the difference between your computer clock and the timestamps of the data. Tell us what it shows.
