The "Clock - Real Time" has an Input that allows you to offset the time (Hour Offset). Make sure this is set to 0. Refer to the following: Clock - RealTime: Inputs For a particular chart where the order fills are not correct, what is the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone"?
