Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with Sierra Chart software where it crashes whenever I attempt to exclude a specific day from the chart data for the symbol $INX on the TPO chart. This issue occurred with the previous version of the software and continues to happen even after I updated to the latest version, 2670. This problem does not occur when I perform the same operation for other symbols, such as ESU24_FUT_CME, which works perfectly fine. To assist in diagnosing the issue, I have attached a screenshot of the error and the relevant log file. Could you please provide guidance or a solution to prevent the software from crashing when excluding a day for the $INX symbol on the TPO chart? Thank you for your assistance.
