There is a custom study I need to be authorized on and I'm not sure what username to supply to the developer. I have paid for my own SC charting and my new broker set me up with a CTS demo for data. I gave the developer both my SC charting username and when that did not work I gave him my CTS data service username. No luck. He said it usually follows a pattern like "AC1234". My username looks nothing like that. Today I received my Rithmic data credentials for my new trading account and followed the instructions for setting up the new data service. If I give him the new username, should that work? I have another issue about whether I am really on Rithmic data now or still on CTS, but I'll address that on a new post. Thank you.
