The messages you are getting are stating that the order modification is not going through as the price to which the order is to be changed to is the same as the current price of that order, so nothing needs to be done. The one thing that is confusing to us is that there is a statement in that log that says "Stopping Trail Order Modification...". Which implies that the Stop order is setup as a Trailing Stop.
