@Karim0158 I noticed your Time Zone is set to London time, I had a discussion with traders from Europe last year, you can find in This Post. The problem with having a Time Zone setting other than North America is that you will have a different day light saving schedule, cause unnecessary confusion, we concluded that it might be a better idea to set your Time Zone to New York or Chicago, so that the session time will be consistent.
