They already have. It's too late for us. -- But yes, there have been posts about problems with Rithmic. They have been different issues, but all of them have been outside of our control. Keep in mind, the connection that is used by Sierra Chart does not involve R-Trader, and it was written by Rithmic. This is why there is very little we can do when there is an issue.
