I receiving this issue today and have been for over an hour. Quite frustrating. I can connect to R-Trader directly but Sierra will not connect to Rithmic- Im using Rithmic and Denali. I even tried connecting my CQG cash account from Iron Beam 0 problems. Clearly a Rithmic error once again. They are the absolute worst in the industry. Im sure they drive the staff at Sierra Chart insane
