If you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed, then all of the market data will come from the Sierra Chart Data Feed and there will be no market data requests to Interactive Brokers unless you have set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol in Chart Settings in the instance that is not using the Sierra Chart data feed, but even if you exceed any symbol limits in that case, it is harmless because the market data will not be used.
