I found out the issue.. Session starts at 04:00:00 for most tickers. Therefore there would be no line otherwise. I just simply entered 00:00:00 as a point for the start of the day. Maybe an option to "snap" to start of day for the indicator? Different exchange times/trading hours would affect this, I believe.
