Resolve the problem first in the main instance of Sierra Chart before using a sub instance. Yes we know, and help topic 17 covers this: Remember its not the loading of a 3rd party study that's causing the crash just clicking Sierra's button to add additional studies that crashes it.
Yes it does make sense and help topic 17 does cover this: it doesn't make sense why a study would crash that but never crashes main instance.
We now understand that you are not having the problem in the main instance. But a sub instance. At this point just remove all of the custom studies.
