This problem occurred today also and has been intermittently growing for months. I am not sure if it is Sierra chart problem or Transact. Your starting to lose customers, as well as the ib's losing customers who run through transact over to rythmic, etc. Just an FYI You can see the disconnect to transact server error in the attachment. This does not happen with interactive brokers through sierra. |
