If you have an evaluation account of APEX, then you must try selecting
Selected service -> Rithmic Direct DTC [Trading]
Server -> Rithmic Paper Trading Chicago

Then in "Common Settings" tab, check that "Allow Support for SierraChart data feeds" is "YES"

Anyway, according to some friends who have Apex (and other funded accounts) these days there are problems with Rithmic.

I don't know if selecting Apex Chicago is for Master accounts (i don't have Apex account.
With Bulenox I always connect through Rithmic Paper Trading.
