We see a disconnect from Rithmic in the piece of the log you have showing. Most likely what is occurring is that Rithmic is connecting and disconnecting due to a symbol that does not meet their format. You would need to go through your system and see if there are any symbols that are not set correctly for Rithmic and then either remove or update them.
