Hello, I have an apex account and would like to connect my prop firm account to sierra charts. I have denali data service. When I try to connect to rhithmic...i get permission denied...Ive tried password multiple times. I have teh setting son apex non aggregated chicago. Not sure what else to try. Ive searched through the self help instructions as well. Apex refers me back to you.
