Sierra Chart does not interface to either TD Ameritrade (Schwab) or Fidelity. We have support for Interactive Brokers, or brokers that support CQG, Rithmic, or Teton for order routing. You definitely connected to a valid account that Sierra Chart can connect to, on May 2, 2024. But we do not know what that account was. Nor is there any way for us to find out what it was. All we can really do now is continue to move forward.
