We want you to update the symbol settings, in both the main instance and sub instances of Sierra Chart: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And the charts that are using the spread symbols we want you to apply the updated symbol settings following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts We updated the settings for CL and HO Calendar spreads. Also, next time you notice this problem we want you to reconnect Sierra Chart with File >> Reconnect both in the sub instance were you notice this and the main instance.
