We have no idea what you mean by "Simulated Feed" or how you have this setup. You are correct that the sub-instance orders (when not in "Simulation Mode" in that sub-instance) are sent to the main instance. So whatever service the main instance is in (including "Simulation Mode"), the sub-instance orders will route there.
