When you use the standard symbol as you have done (NVDA) you are getting the data from our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. And since you are not setup to get the real-time data for that exchange, you are getting the delayed streaming data. To get the data from Interactive Brokers, you need to use the full Interactive Brokers symbol, such as "NVDA-STK-SMART-USD".
