Is there a way to auto attach a specific symbol watchlist to every new chart?
Not as such. But what you would want to do is use a chart as a "Template" that has the Control Bar on it with the Watchlist item. Then duplicate that "Template" and change the symbol to get the chart you want with the watchlist attached.
