I did what you said in your first reply and it didn't fix. FWIW deleting that folder did not clear the messages i was seeing in the chat. But could it be that I had other instances open? I don't see an option for Is Admin. Also separately when I try to create a "New Chat" I don't see an option/field to name it so when i click ok it says the name is not long enough... I tried attaching shot of settings window since i wasn't sure if the builtin screenshot feature would work. Sorry if this is not protocol. I may try to create a new group chat.
