Error: User (xxxxxx) does not have access rights to post messages to chat: 99 * I am receiving this error when my alert went off. I'm not sure why. FWIW I have a few different instances of Sierra running with the chat window open. Also I have 2 group chats. And for some reason (not sure how to recreate this), when I edited the second group, it got renamed the name of the first group. I'm also not able to get telegram notifications working even though I have Relay to Telegram set to Yes. Running 2627, please advise, thanks
