I’m having the same problem, everything was working and now I continue to get the Connecting, Reconnect Wait, message which I have showing in my Control Bar. I installed a Sierra update, restarted the computer, tested it with another connection to a broker which worked okay, so it must be something with Rithmic. I was able to see the image you uploaded, then when I select it again, it says Access Denied. I was going to ask you if you could post the link to that message.
