Well, I have been using Sierra Chart for years with the "Open Files on Startup" function, and it has always instantly opened the charts as soon as the platform opened and the data feed was connected. That it takes more than a minute now is new and definitely not normal. But who knows, maybe the delay is caused by one of the other files that - as you mentioned - are downloaded prior to the chartbooks, for whatever reason.
