You are using Rithmic data and the Rithmic data often does not have the historical data from when you were not connected. Open a chart for the same symbol and see if the underlying data is present. If it is not, then this is completely related to the Rithmic data not being complete. The solution to this is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data instead.
