Check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". Make sure this is set to "Yes". If it is not, then change it to "Yes" and then close that window and select "File >> Reconnect". Let us know if this makes any difference.
