XBTUSD-BMEX is a BitMex symbol, so it is not part of the U.S. Equities that fall under the _MBO symbol settings. It is it's own thing. We do not understand what you mean by "if I click for example NVDA_MBO and get back to XBTUSD-BMEX, then I get huge load time on the XBTUSD-BMEX intraday." What are you clicking? Are you changing charts or changing symbols? The amount of time it takes to download the data for the XBTUSD-BMEX will not depend on your connection, as that data is coming from our servers. So there is no reason for there to be an issue based on the connection, unless you are having connection issues in general to Interactive Brokers, which could impact your overall connection capabilities. If this is the case, then that is outside our scope, as that is a connectivity issue on your end. The Options data would have to come from IB, as we do not have the Options data for stocks. You would need to check with Interactive Brokers as to what the correct symbol format is.
