You can overlay the "Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2", just keep in mind that like with any overlay, the values of the subgraphs are the price levels, so if you are putting the data into the main region, the price points need to be similar. SG60 is is to define the colors and widths of the extension lines. It is not the extension lines themselves. But the Study/Price Overlay does have support overlaying these by setting the Input for "Copy Extension Lines from Source Chart" to "Yes".
