Regarding the Trading Evaluator service, it is possible to disable the margin requirement check. It can be disabled with this account option: Trade Account and Risk Management: Require Sufficient Margin For New Positions (Margin Settings) This problem has been resolved: I have an open position on this account which I am also not able to liquidate.
