ICMarkets trades FOREX and CFDs. As such, they do not use one of the futures order routing services that we can connect to (Teton, CQG, and Rithmic). Therefore, we do not have connectivity with them. It is possible that a third party has created a tool to connect with them, which is the only way that we can think that you may have heard that there is connectivity. This is something outside of Sierra Chart, so it is not something we can help with.
