If you are running Sierra Chart in an emulator, then you will need to use the Zip installer. Refer to the following: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer You can use the Zip Installer in any case, but we would like to see the log if you are running a native Windows system. Please try the install again if it fails, select the button at the top for "Send Log to Support" and then post here and let us know that you have sent the log and we will take a look.
