How many primary instances of Sierra Chart do you have running excluding sub instances started with File >> New Instance? Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings in each instance including the sub instances: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values.
