You can not color the background of the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" study. What you are trying to do will not work. You can color the background of the Main Price Graph at the bar that meets your condition, if that is what you want to do. Or, you can use the "Color Background Based on Value Percentage" Inputs for the Numbers Bars Calculated Values to get a particular background color at a certain level relative to the Maximum and Minimum.
