The problem is that the "Study Angle" study needs to be normalized, which is done by using the "Value per Point" option. You need to keep in mind that the X value for the determination of the angle is determined by the number of bars. So you need to enter a Value Per Point that will normalize the Y value to give you the angle you want for the size of the data points (your Y values). The information for the "Value per Line" points you to the following documentation which covers this topic for drawings, but the "Value Increment Per Bar" is the same thing:
