Hello, I can see all accounts from IBKR in the Sierracharts Accounts drop-down in the Trade window attached to DOM and Charts. However, I cannot see a few accounts in the Trade Account Monitor window. I cannot see the account balance. What's the reason for this? This does not seem an IBKR issue. There should be some setting I am missing. Global and Local Simulation mode is off and I tried re-connecting to the data service but did not help. Please let me know. |
