I just tried reloading an instance and the charts began to populate and then the instance closed abruptly. I have sent the message log to you and typed a little message as requested. I hit 'translate symbols to current service' and I got those fully blank black screens to go to 'downloading continuous data..' but it has been like that for 30mins now. I am sorry to bother you but I am completely at your mercy. |
