Hi Collsla, APEX Trader Funding is not a Regulated Futures Broker, so an account with them does not meet the CME Group requirement for qualifying as a Non-Professional. You might consider setting up a Futures Trading Account at one of the Brokers listed in #2 here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions
