Since you are using the "Color Bar Based on Above/Below Study", you are correct that there is not an existing formula that we can use. Keep in mind that the "Color Bar Based on Above/Below Study" is going to color every bar depending on whether the Input for "Input Data" is actually above or below the referenced study. Therefore, what we would need to understand is when do you want the alert to go off? Is it just for one of the situations (Above or Below) or something more specific?
