You do not have an Alert Formula entered in the "Relative Volume Standard Deviation" study. Therefore, there is nothing to alert on. You had stated that you have a "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study that is coloring the bar when the condition you want is true. If this is correct, then you need to add the "Alert Number" to the Alert Tab for the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study.
