Is there a way to mark the last candle of a trading day with the extended line? Horizontal line at Time works funky on FDAX futures, like there sometimes is no price at this time, sometimes market closes at 21:45, sometimes at 21:59 - I've been having troubles to make it work. Anyway, just last candle close on the predefined trading day would do. How would I go about it ?
What exactly are you wanting to do with the line? Does this need to extend across the next day? Do you want the line to show for the last bar during the day (i.e. the current bar) or only when the Eurex is closed (around 22:00)? Do I still get delayed and historical data for sim trading with basic package of SC as is the case in the trial mode?
You have access to the Delayed Streaming Data along with all of our Historical Data on any Sierra Chart package. So yes, you will have this on any of the "Base" packages. I have Trade Simulation Mode On. I'm connected to Trading Evaluator. I'm also on Bar Replay mode on DAX futures. I've configured and saved a simple bracket order according to your YT instructional video. When I'm willing to open a trade is says: Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode. What I'd be doing wrong ?
How are you entering this order? It sounds like you are trying to enter it through an automated trading system of some kind (such as a Spreadsheet System or Trading or the Trading System Based on Alert Condition). In those systems there is a setting for "Send Trade Orders to Trade Service". This is a double check to make sure you are sending the orders to where you want. If this is set to "No", then you can use this in Simulation Mode, but not with a trading account (including the Trading Evaluator). If it is set to "Yes", then you can use it with a trading account, but not your simulation accounts.
