We noticed that you stated that you opened a "Chartbook Group" earlier. Chartbook groups are a completely separate set of chartbooks. So if you have a chartbook named "Chartbook1.cht" in a Chartbook Group and you have it individually in your 'Data' folder, then when you open the Chartbook Group you are opening a completely separate chartbook from when you open it individually through "File >> Open Chartbook". We are wondering if this is the issue you are having. And you need to understand that we deal with all kinds of people and we always have to cover the basics. But we are wondering if the Symbol Settings are changing state after you make a change to them. Please let us know.
