Dear Sierra Chart, I opened the platform today and received an error "Error downloading historical intraday data for EURUSD. Historical data logon error: Unsupported protocol version". Please see attached. Basically, I am not getting the data from overnight at the moment. Wondering if you would be able to please help. I did perform an update to Sierra chart to current version. Also, no updates have been performed to my PC in the last 48 hours. Thank you in advance. Regards, Florin.
