Hi John, the issue keeps happening in my case to the point where I am thinking of giving up on extended rectangles completely as I can't rely on them for alerts because they randomly atop working. Since you are not able to re-produce it, can you direct me to any detailed way of troubleshooting this? (for example, increase the logging level, check certain log files...etc.) Alternatively, we could also do a remote troubleshooting session when the issue happens next time.
