It all depends on what you want to do. Definitely closing the Spreadsheet will stop it from performing any functions. But if you want it to work in combination with your manual trading, then you will need to work out how to do that. For example, if you do not want your Spreadsheet System for trading to take any trade if you already have an open position, then you would want to add the condition that cell J5 "Position Quantity" (cell J31 if "Use Colum I and J Values Version 2" is set to "Yes") is zero.
