Interactive Brokers is still the only broker for which we have support for U.S. Stock trading. We are not sure what you are asking in terms of "can I make (buy/sell) orders from Sierra charts for third-party brokers". If Sierra Chart does not have support for a broker, then you could use the DTC protocol to get the order information from the system and then create your own interface from the DTC protocol to a broker.
