One proceedure I am using to fix is repeating the "delete all data and download". But often I have to run that 4-5 times on each sub instance for it to download all the data without the gap, and then sometimes I have to delete the file in the folder too. So doing that on 4 sub-instances every time I open my platform each day is not ideal. Appreciate any help. Love Sierra BTW and long time user. Very rarely are there issues like this and often a user error so all ears. Cheers. |
